Laura Zipperer

Laura Zipperer is a people person. In a world of online resources and social media, Laura or “Zip” as she is known to her friends, prefers meeting in person or picking up the phone and talking to people about their lives, goals and dreams. With 20 years experience in fundraising and management between her careers at Georgia Tech University and The American Cancer Society’s National Office, Laura is a real estate agent who can anticipate her client’s needs, sometimes before they know them themselves.
Laura is an expert at guiding her clients through the maze of finding the right home in the right place with the right school and the right mortgage. Her easy manner and unassuming style has been the key to her success during the past 19 years helping clients find not just houses, but homes.
Laura listens to her clients. She is adept at researching every detail of her listings and able to answer questions not only about the homes themselves, but the unique style and atmosphere of each neighborhood. Her tireless dedication to her clients has earned her not only numerous awards from Keller Williams’ Cultural Icon Award to the Dekalb Association of Realtors’ Lifetime Pinnacle Award, but many of her former clients are now lifelong friends.
